Simple 3-Step Onboarding

1. Subscribe to a plan at the bottom of this page. We will email you requesting your community information.

2. We build your custom community and manage/update it ongoing for a monthly recurring fee.

3. You share the community platform signup page with your members via your website, email newsletter, bulletin, announcements, etc. Your community platform signup page will be a custom subdomain (e.g. “” or “”).

For example, one of our church clients shares its community platform as a link on its website homepage and via its weekly bulletin with the text:
“Do you want to create or join a local peer meetup/club, volunteer group, game night, bible study, or any other community event that interests you? Join our community platform at today!”

About the Founder

Justin Mark O’Brien has worked with 500+ clients at his digital marketing agency, taught over 500,000 students in his online courses, and scaled/exited three startups as the founder.

After benefiting greatly from various private peer networks, he launched the community platform Grow Offline to enable anyone to launch their own peer group / local community.

We do! After you sign up for our COMMUNITY PLAN, we will create your community platform and act as the daily admin/moderator for your forum. We can also add your team members as moderators (great for quickly answering members’ specific questions in the chat rooms), but we typically refer questions we can’t answer to your website’s support page. Our main objective is to moderate and provide relevant, spam-free, 24/7 available, engaging chat rooms for your members (our community is not for Q&A or customer support). We want to give your members immediate access to a tribe of peers to grow with online and offline!

Unlimited. Your members will join via a personal email login. Your custom Community Platform is secure, private, and GDPR/CCPA compliant. Members can log in to your Community Platform via your custom subdomain URL on a desktop computer or any mobile device.

Month to month, cancel at any time! We want you 100% satisfied with your custom Community Platform and we also want to be the all-inclusive provider that doesn’t tie you to an annual contract! Plus we currently have a 100% client retention rate!

Once you sign up for our COMMUNITY PLAN, you will need to set up your subdomain* for this forum. To do this, navigate to your domain provider. Select the DNS settings for your domain. Add a CNAME record. Under the “HOST” field, enter the prefix you’ve chosen for your subdomain (e.g. “forum” which will direct traffic to “”). Under the “POINTS TO” field, copy/paste the following text “” and save this CNAME record. Email us your final subdomain for us to activate your forum domain (i.e. “” will be your official forum URL for sharing).

*Note, we can also host your forum on our subdomain if you prefer (e.g. “”).
